Iceland, Seven is the seventh book in a series of books about Iceland and part of an archiving project that began in September 2023 during a residency at Hafnarborg Center for Art and Culture in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. The series includes seven books, one for each unique experience I have had in Iceland,

The 208-page book includes 119 images taken during a two-week trip to the Westfjords, a part of Iceland I had been wanting to explore since the first time I went there in 2013. The trip, which marked my 50th birthday, began in Reykjavík followed by a ferry to the remote, northwestern peninsula. A one-page essay reminisces about those two weeks and a list of images in the back explains the visuals.

The pastel, softcover book, designed and independently published by me, was inspired by a series of Icelandic Sagas at the library in Skagaströnd, Iceland from my 2013 Nes Residency.
